WhichAdNetwork is an index of publicly published records: the seller files advertising networks publish, the ads.txt files websites publish, and related public data, cross-checked and presented with their evidence. It describes business relationships as those public files state them, on the dates shown. The method page is part of these terms in spirit: it defines exactly what each label on the site does and does not claim.
Browse freely, cite freely with attribution, and use what you learn in your own decisions. What the terms ask of you: do not systematically scrape or republish the database wholesale — for bulk use there is an export and a planned API, which exist precisely so nobody has to hammer the site — and do not present the data as something it is not, including quoting a verification label without the meaning the method gives it.
The data is provided as-is. It is read from files third parties publish and change without notice; a record here can lag or err, which is why every row shows its evidence and its dates. We make no warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a purpose, and accept no liability for decisions made on the data beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude. If a record is wrong, the report page is the remedy, and we use it seriously.
Accounts are personal, free, and may be closed by either side at any time — by you by request, by us if an account abuses the service. These terms may change as the product grows; material changes will be dated here and noted on the changelog. Questions: [email protected].
